Florida Woman Charged with Husband's Murder

Terry Taylor, 58, has been charged with second-degree murder after allegedly stabbing her husband, Stanley Taylor, 67, with a cane concealing a blade during a domestic altercation in Boca Raton, Florida. The police responded to a call at around 10:30 a.m. on January 13, where they found Stanley with a stab wound; he later informed investigators that his wife had attacked him. Terry initially claimed he fell on a knife while cutting something in the kitchen. However, an investigation revealed that during a heated argument over a stereo, the couple struggled over a wooden cane, after which Terry grabbed a brass cane with a sharp tip and struck her husband. Following an examination, police discovered the cane could be unscrewed to reveal a hidden blade, which had been wiped clean. Terry Taylor is currently being held without bail in the Palm Beach County Jail.
