HGTV Launches Bachelor Mansion Renovation Show

HGTV will launch a new renovation series titled 'Renovating the Bachelor Mansion,' premiering in 2026 on HGTV and HBO Max. The competition will feature former contestants from 'The Bachelor' and 'The Bachelorette' with renovation expertise, as they compete in design challenges at the iconic Agoura Hills, California mansion for a cash prize. The series is part of a broader set of new programs announced by Warner Bros. Discovery at their 2025 upfront, which also introduced Guy Fieri’s 'Flavortown Games' and a 'Dancing With Sharks' Shark Week special. Warner Bros., which produces 'The Bachelor' franchise for ABC, continues to emphasize corporate synergy through these offerings. The Bachelor mansion will receive a much-anticipated makeover after serving as a pop culture centerpiece for over 40 seasons.
