Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign are facing a copyright infringement lawsuit over their song 'Fuk Sumn' from the album 'Vultures 1.' Filed by Memphis rappers Criminal Manne, DJ Squeeky, and the estate of Kilo G, the lawsuit alleges that their voices were sampled without proper clearance from DJ Squeeky's track 'Drank a Yak (Part 2).' The plaintiffs claim that they attempted to negotiate sample clearances through Alien Music but were stalled due to a mass exodus of Yeezy staff. They assert they have not received any royalties and have had no communication with West's team for several months. This legal issue follows a previous lawsuit regarding an uncleared sample from the estate of Donna Summer. Despite these challenges, Kanye is set to release a new solo album, 'Bully,' soon.
