New Jersey Reports Record Gaming Revenue in November

New Jersey's gaming industry reported a significant surge in November 2024, with total gaming revenue hitting $556.9 million, a 15.4% increase from the previous year. Internet gambling continued its record-breaking streak, generating over $214 million, marking the fourth consecutive month of record revenue and a 24.7% increase year-on-year. While brick-and-mortar casinos saw an uptick in revenue to $223.9 million, this figure remains below pre-pandemic levels, with only three casinos surpassing their November 2019 earnings. The overall growth in gaming revenue is attributed to the rising popularity of online gaming and sports wagering, which have become increasingly integral since the pandemic.
