Former Sen. Bob Casey Joins Dilworth Paxson As Counsel

Former U.S. Senator Bob Casey (D-Pa.) is returning to the Philadelphia law firm Dilworth Paxson, where he first worked as a paralegal, to serve in an of counsel role in the corporate and business practice group starting September 1, 2025. After serving three terms in the Senate and narrowly losing his 2024 reelection bid to Sen. David McCormick (R-Pa.), Casey plans to leverage his extensive experience in state and federal government to provide advice and counsel to clients on policy matters at multiple levels, including international issues. Casey emphasized the importance of the legal profession as a public trust and expressed his commitment to representing clients zealously while upholding the rule of law and judicial independence. The firm highlighted Casey's deep knowledge of government workings and his ability to guide clients through complex policy landscapes. Casey’s father, former Governor Robert P.
