DigitalBridge, La Caisse Complete $5.8B Yondr Group Acquisition

DigitalBridge Group, Inc. and La Caisse have completed the acquisition of Yondr Group, a global developer and operator of hyperscale data centers, from Cathexis Holdings for $5.8 billion.
