Tropical Cyclone Chido Approaches Southern Africa

UNICEF has expressed concern for the Pemba area in Mozambique, where up to 1.7 million people may be impacted due to existing vulnerabilities. The cyclone's characteristics echo previous storms like Cyclones Gombe and Freddy, which caused considerable destruction in the region.
