Meanwhile, in Yuba City, a 21-year-old man was fatally stabbed in the parking lot shared by Chili's and In-N-Out Burger; the suspect, also a minor, was apprehended shortly after the incident. Authorities confirmed that the suspect and victim in Yuba City had no prior association, describing the event as isolated.
