Apple Plans September Launch of iPhone 17 Series Across India, US, Dubai

Apple is expected to launch the iPhone 17 series in September 2025, introducing four models: iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max. The lineup will feature design changes such as a return to aluminum bodies for most models, except for the iPhone 17 Air, which may use a titanium-aluminum hybrid, and a shift from the squircle-shaped camera bump to a rectangular module. All models are likely to have 120Hz ProMotion LTPO OLED displays, supporting Always-On Display, with enhanced cameras including a doubled front-facing resolution to 24MP and a 48MP tetraprism telephoto lens on the Pro Max. The iPhone 17 Air is anticipated to be a thinner, lighter model with a single 48MP rear camera and a smaller battery capacity around 2800mAh, potentially mitigated by new silicon-anode battery technology from TDK. There is speculation that Apple might replace the Pro Max branding with an "Ultra" model to align with naming conventions used in other Apple product lines.
