ICE Houston deports accused child rapist Nestor Flores to Mexico

Flores had illegally entered the U.S. four times and was apprehended by ICE in August 2024 after authorities were alerted to his presence in Houston. He was transferred to Mexican authorities at the Juarez-Lincoln Bridge following his repatriation. ICE officials emphasized that their operations target dangerous fugitives like Flores who threaten public safety and violate immigration laws. The case highlights ongoing efforts under the SAFE Program, which collaborates with foreign authorities to apprehend fugitives with outstanding warrants.
