Ed Sheeran Expands Suffolk Estate with £1M Farm featuring Recording Studio, Man Cave
Ed Sheeran has expanded his Suffolk estate, known as Sheeranville, by purchasing a nearby Grade II-listed farmhouse and its adjoining land for around £1 million. He is converting the barns on the property into a recording studio, a rehearsal space, and an 'incredible man cave' featuring a bar, gym, pool table, and a bowling alley, fulfilling a long-held wish. The new property will serve as an entertaining space and a creative hub where he can work on new music, separate from his main residence where he lives with his wife Cherry and their two daughters. Sheeran has also been restoring fields and gardens on the new estate to grow vegetables and is adding an outdoor kitchen for entertaining. This expansion comes as Sheeran prepares to relocate his family to the US for the foreseeable future while continuing his music career and touring. Despite previous restrictions at his main home, such as Cherry vetoing a bowling alley, the new property offers Sheeran the freedom to indulge in such amenities.
