Manchester City Sets £20-65m Prices for McAtee, Livramento amid Multi-League Interest
Manchester City has placed a significant price tag on two of its young talents amid growing interest from other clubs. Newcastle United has emphatically rejected Manchester City's reported £65 million offer for defender Tino Livramento, responding with a much higher valuation of around £165 million to keep the 22-year-old in their squad. Livramento, a former Chelsea and Southampton player, has impressed recently, including his performances at the U21 Euros with England, and is seen as a future English national team starter. Meanwhile, Manchester City is willing to allow midfielder James McAtee to leave this summer, setting an asking price between £20 million and £25 million. McAtee, also 22, captained England to victory in the U21 European Championship and has drawn interest from clubs across the Premier League, Bundesliga, and Serie A, with Atalanta notably keen. Despite limited Premier League starts last season, McAtee's goal-scoring ability and potential have made him a sought-after player as he looks for more regular first-team opportunities.
