Elijah Craig has launched a special 2025 Ryder Cup Limited Edition Small Batch Bourbon to celebrate the prestigious golf tournament's return to New York at Bethpage Black. This bourbon is uniquely finished with toasted sugar maple and applewood staves—75% sugar maple, New York's official state tree, and 25% applewood—aged separately for eight weeks before being combined and bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV). The bourbon offers a flavor profile featuring autumnal notes such as maple syrup and apple pie on the nose, candy apples and caramel on the palate, and a finish of chocolate, cocoa, and a hint of pepper. Packaged in commemorative gift boxes with the tournament's seal, the bourbon retails for around $69.99 and is available both onsite and in limited quantities.
