Ace Frehley Laid to Rest; KISS Originals Reunite

Ace Frehley, the co-founding guitarist of KISS, was laid to rest in the Bronx this week after private services attended by family, close friends and former bandmates. Frehley, 74, died in mid‑October after a fall that caused a brain bleed and left him on life support; officials say an investigation and toxicology report are pending. The burial was reported at Woodlawn Cemetery, and the three surviving original KISS members — Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley and Peter Criss — reunited to pay their respects at the memorial and funeral. SiriusXM host Eddie Trunk, who attended and posted about the services, said Frehley’s family has given him permission to pursue a future tribute or fan celebration, though no plans have been announced.
