Lynx Win Third Consecutive Game Without Injured Collier
The Minnesota Lynx secured an 82-66 victory over the Los Angeles Sparks despite missing star forward Napheesa Collier due to a back injury. Kayla McBride led the team with a season-high 29 points, including 15 in the fourth quarter, shooting efficiently from the field and beyond the arc. Courtney Williams contributed 18 points, six assists, and four steals, while Maria Kliundikova added 12 points, eight rebounds, three steals, and two blocks in a standout performance. The Sparks briefly took the lead late in the third quarter but the Lynx pulled away with key baskets and three-pointers from McBride and teammates. Los Angeles, now 4-10, has struggled against Minnesota, losing 16 of their last 18 matchups. Minnesota improves to 12-1 and will face the Washington Mystics next, continuing their strong season run without Collier.
