Anita Dongre Opens Fourth International Store in Beverly Hills

Indian fashion designer Anita Dongre has opened her newest flagship store in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, marking a significant expansion in the U.S. and making her the first Indian designer to open a flagship in this prestigious location. The 3000 sq. ft. store embodies Dongre's philosophy of mindful luxury and is inspired by modern-day Rajasthan, featuring handcrafted Indian artistry such as hand-painted Pichhwai walls, embroidered cushions, and bespoke furnishings created by artisans across India. The store also highlights sustainability through an installation from 'The Great Elephant Migration,' showcasing sculptures made from invasive lantana weeds by indigenous communities. This launch represents a celebration of Indian craftsmanship and culture on a global stage, reflecting Dongre’s commitment to supporting skilled women artisans and promoting slow luxury, craftsmanship, and conscious living.
