Charles Barkley Opens Steakhouse Cigar Lounge Valley Forge Casino

NBA legend Charles Barkley is partnering with Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, to open a new steakhouse and cigar lounge as part of the casino's multi-year expansion. Barkley, who played for the Philadelphia 76ers from 1984 to 1992, will play an active role in shaping the menu and overall vision of the establishments, which will feature personal memorabilia and design elements celebrating his career and ties to Philadelphia. The cigar lounge will offer a club-like atmosphere with a walk-in humidor, private lockers, and a bar. Boyd Gaming, the casino's owner, will also feature Barkley's Redmont Distilling Co. spirits across its properties and make annual contributions to the Charles Barkley Foundation supporting education for Historically Black Colleges and Universities. The project aims to create a comfortable, fun space for the community to unwind and connect, although specific names and opening dates have yet to be announced. This partnership reflects Barkley's ongoing connection to the Philadelphia area and his transition into business ventures beyond his NBA and broadcasting careers.
