Jethro Tull Announces New Album Curious Ruminant

Jethro Tull is set to release their new studio album, 'Curious Ruminant,' on March 7, 2025, marking the band's third album in four years following 2023's 'RökFlöte.' The album features nine tracks, including the nearly 17-minute epic 'Drink From The Same Well,' and showcases contributions from both current and former band members, including Ian Anderson, who has expressed a desire for a more personal lyrical approach. The title track has been released alongside a digitally animated video by Costin Chioreanu. 'Curious Ruminant' will be available in various formats, including a limited deluxe edition featuring high-quality audio mixes and exclusive materials. The album's sound is said to hark back to the band's classic 1970s style, incorporating signature flute solos and a blend of acoustic instruments. Each song has been crafted from unfinished demos and new material, suggesting a strong continuity with the band's heritage.
