Billy Joel is selling his $49 million Long Island mansion but isn't leaving the area. He has a house in Sag Harbor and plans to spend more time in Florida. He's preparing for retirement, as he announced the end of his residency at Madison Square Garden. Joel has also been performing at the UBS Arena and has another home in Manalapan, Florida.
