Estée Lauder Appoints Aude Gandon Chief Digital Marketing Officer

Under de La Faverie’s leadership, the company is embracing AI and an omnichannel strategy to reach younger, digitally native consumers and revamp its online presence, moving away from its traditionally cautious stance on platform partnerships. Gandon’s broad remit includes overseeing precision marketing, consumer insights, retail design, and accelerating online performance, positioning her to unify the brand’s messaging across digital and physical channels to drive growth. Both Gandon and de La Faverie emphasize the importance of enhancing digital capabilities and deepening consumer connections as essential to regaining growth and relevance in the evolving beauty market.
