Belfast Man John George Stabbed, Shot in Spain

John George, a 37-year-old father of two from west Belfast, was found dead in Spain after being reported missing during a holiday in December. An autopsy revealed that he had been stabbed before being shot, prompting his family to request a second autopsy for further clarity. Spanish authorities have issued three separate arrest warrants for a suspect connected to his murder, and a 32-year-old man from the Czech Republic has appeared in court regarding the case, denying involvement. The family expressed their hope that authorities will act on the warrants to advance the investigation. Solicitor Kevin Winters confirmed the findings of the autopsy and emphasized the family's commitment to understanding the circumstances of George's death. The second autopsy is expected to be completed soon.
