Jay Cutler Refutes Kristin Cavallari Divorce Money Claims

Jay Cutler has strongly refuted his ex-wife Kristin Cavallari's claim that she did not receive any money from their divorce settlement. On his "Take It Outside" podcast, Cutler described her statement as "reckless" and "borderline slander," emphasizing that their divorce decree, signed by a Tennessee judge, details financial arrangements contrary to Cavallari's assertion. He highlighted that, given their seven-year marriage and three children, there is no legal basis for Cavallari to have received "not a penny," and noted that her lifestyle brand, Uncommon James, was a marital asset created during their marriage. Cutler stressed that the settlement was "definitely not zero" and that the amount Cavallari received would allow her to live comfortably. Cavallari previously claimed she is the sole owner of her $50 million brand and denied receiving any funding from Cutler, which he disputes. Cutler expressed regret for needing to respond but felt compelled to correct what he called an untrue narrative.
