Pontiac Couple Dies in Apparent Murder-Suicide Leaving Five Children Behind

Latrece Shanna Harper, 33, and her longtime boyfriend Clifford Torrell Noel Jr., 41, were found dead in what authorities believe was a murder-suicide in Pontiac, Michigan. Harper was discovered by her stepdaughter at her home with a gunshot wound to the head, while Noel was found shortly after slumped over the steering wheel of a car with a self-inflicted gunshot from an AR-15 style rifle. The couple, who had been together for about a decade, left behind five children aged 4 to 15, who were unharmed and found at a nearby motel. Child Protective Services has arranged placement for the children.
