Avatar: Seven Havens Details Revealed at Comic-Con

Nickelodeon unveiled 'Avatar: Seven Havens,' a new animated sequel series set after 'The Legend of Korra,' at San Diego Comic-Con 2025, marking 20 years since 'Avatar: The Last Airbender.' The story centers on Pavi, an Earthbender with a prosthetic leg, who learns she is the next Avatar in a post-apocalyptic world where Avatars are viewed as threats. Joined by her long-lost twin, a mentor named Jae, and a cat-lemur hybrid animal companion, Pavi must protect the Seven Havens—the last surviving civilizations—while being hunted by human and spirit foes. Series creators Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko return, with Jeremy Zuckerman composing. The series is planned for two seasons of 13 episodes each. An upcoming animated film, 'The Legend of Aang: The Last Avatar,' is set for release in 2026, and the Comic-Con event featured table reads with original series voice actors.
