A 13-year-old boy, James Campbell, has been arrested and charged as an adult with criminal homicide and first-degree murder in the stabbing death of 10-year-old Hunter Meyers in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred early Thursday morning at Campbell’s residence on Donegal Lake Road, where police found Meyers with multiple stab wounds and a knife lying next to him. Both boys were students at Agora Cyber Charter School and knew each other. Campbell, who had blood on his clothes and injuries on his hand, admitted to the stabbing. A motive for the attack remains unknown, and Campbell has been denied bond pending a hearing. State Trooper Steve Limani emphasized the tragedy's impact on both families and the community.
