Mukerjea must report to the CBI before and after her travel, deposit a security of ₹2 lakh, and attend the Indian Embassy during her stay. This decision comes despite the CBI's concerns about her being a flight risk. Mukerjea, who was granted bail in May 2022, has been attending court regularly and adhering to all legal requirements. The court emphasized that her right to travel is valuable but not absolute, imposing strict conditions to ensure her return for trial.
