Refold AI, an enterprise AI startup co-founded by Jugal Anchalia and Abhishek Kumar, has raised $6.5 million in seed funding led by Eniac Ventures and Tidal Ventures to expand its AI-driven platform that automates API integrations for enterprises. The platform deploys autonomous AI agents that learn system interactions, write and maintain integration code, and adapt to software changes without human intervention, aiming to replace costly manual and outsourced integration efforts that collectively cost enterprises $350 billion annually. Refold AI operates from Bengaluru and San Mateo, currently serving over 30 paying enterprise customers, supporting more than 1,500 active users, and processing over 30 million API calls each month, with use cases including ERP-CRM synchronization, financial reconciliation, and supply chain automation. The startup plans to use the fresh capital to grow its engineering team, deepen product integrations, and enhance customer support as it taps into the emerging agentic AI market, which Deloitte predicts will grow significantly by 2027. Investors highlight Refold AI as a foundational player in the agentic AI era, designed to reduce complexity and costs associated with legacy integration processes and middleware solutions. The company seeks to become the invisible AI-driven layer powering enterprise software integrations, transforming months-long projects into days and minimizing downtime caused by system changes.
