Google, DeepMind Launch Global AI Chess Arena

Google and DeepMind have jointly launched the Kaggle Game Arena, an open-source platform to benchmark AI reasoning and adaptability through competitive games, starting with chess. The inaugural tournament features leading AI models, including OpenAI's o3 and o4-mini, Google's Gemini 2.5 Pro and Flash, Anthropic's Claude Opus 4, and xAI's Grok 4.
