Stree 2 Achieves Historic Box Office Milestone

Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao's 'Stree 2' has become the first Hindi film to enter the Rs 600 crore club at the domestic box office, achieving a historic milestone. The film, directed by Amar Kaushik and part of Maddock Films' horror-comedy universe, has grossed Rs 604.22 crore in India and Rs 713 crore globally since its release on August 15. Despite its massive success, some actors from the film criticize Kapoor for taking undue credit for the film's performance. 'Stree 2' has surpassed Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jawan' and has an impressive return on investment, making it the most profitable Bollywood project to date. The film, made on a budget of ₹60 crore, has earned about nine times its investment, further solidifying its success.
