Joey Fatone Joins Broadway Musical & Juliet

Joey Fatone is set to return to Broadway in the musical *& Juliet*, taking on the role of Lance for a limited nine-week engagement from January 21 to March 16, 2025. This marks Fatone's first Broadway appearance in 20 years, as he replaces original cast member Paulo Szot. The musical, which features a score by Max Martin, reimagines Shakespeare's *Romeo and Juliet*, allowing Fatone to sing popular songs from both *NSYNC and the Backstreet Boys, including 'It's Gonna Be Me' and 'Everybody (Backstreet's Back)'. Fatone expressed his excitement about the role, highlighting the significance of Martin's music in pop culture and acknowledging the friendly rivalry with the Backstreet Boys. The production has garnered nine Tony nominations and opened on Broadway in 2022, showcasing a modern twist on the classic tale of Juliet's journey. Other cast changes are also happening, with Charli D’Amelio and several others joining the cast soon.
