Xfinity Live! $15M Expansion Includes New Amenities

Xfinity Live! in the South Philadelphia Sports Complex is undergoing a $15 million expansion announced by Cordish Companies and Comcast Spectacor. The project includes a two-story building with a rooftop bar, an expanded PBR Cowboy Bar, a new open-air beer garden, and improved turf areas. Other upgrades feature dedicated spaces for local food trucks, public art installations, and advanced audio-visual equipment. This expansion is part of a larger plan to transform the area into a year-round sports and entertainment district, with additional phases including a concert venue, hotel, and retail shops by 2028. Xfinity Live! will remain operational during construction, which is expected to complete by early 2026.
