Techno India Group has partnered with Manchester City to launch the first Manchester City Football School in India, located in Kolkata. Scheduled to open in late 2024, the school will cater to young athletes aged 3 to 17, providing training led by professional Manchester City coaches who will relocate from the UK. The program will emphasize individual and team development, utilizing Manchester City's renowned coaching methods tailored to the players' skill levels. Select students will also have the opportunity to train at Manchester City’s facilities in the UK, enhancing their exposure to international football standards. This initiative aims to elevate grassroots football in West Bengal, fostering a new generation of talent in the region. Both parties expressed enthusiasm for this collaboration, highlighting its significance for football development in India.
