Third Suspect Arrested in Lower Merion Home Invasion Murder

Jeremy Fuentes, a 26-year-old employee of Junkluggers, has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder and conspiracy related to a deadly home invasion that occurred on December 8, 2024, in Lower Merion, Pennsylvania. Prosecutors allege that Fuentes provided critical information to co-defendant Charles Fulforth, which led to the fatal attack on 25-year-old Andrew Gaudio and the severe wounding of his mother, 61-year-old Bernadette Gaudio. The investigation revealed that Fuentes visited a similar address days prior, where he noticed firearms and shared this information with Fulforth, who, along with Kelvin Roberts, intended to steal guns for a trafficking operation. Fulforth and Roberts were also charged with first-degree murder and other crimes in connection with the incident. District Attorney Kevin Steele emphasized that the attack stemmed from greed and the criminals' intent to arm themselves through illegal means. The investigation continues as authorities delve deeper into the gun trafficking scheme linked to the suspects.
