BSF Reports 150 Terrorists at LoC Launchpads

As winter approaches, approximately 150 terrorists are stationed at launchpads along the Line of Control (LoC), preparing to infiltrate into Kashmir. Border Security Force (BSF) Inspector General Ashok Yadav stated that the security forces are fully equipped to thwart any infiltration attempts, employing a coordinated strategy with the army. He emphasized the importance of intelligence inputs to monitor the situation and shape their operational plans. Following the recent assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir, Yadav praised the collaborative efforts that ensured a peaceful electoral process, despite potential threats. Additionally, he highlighted concerns over narcotics trafficking, which is a significant source of funding for terrorism. Yadav noted that while there are no specific threats related to the ongoing West Asia conflict, such international developments are considered in their operational strategies.
