Suspect Arrested in I-95 Maryland Shooting

Maryland State Police arrested Kevin Gross, 46, on charges of attempted first-degree murder following a shooting on I-95 that injured Ronald Victor Garcia-Rodriguez, 28. The incident occurred early Monday, causing closure of northbound lanes for several hours. Garcia-Rodriguez was found wounded outside his vehicle near Route 198 and was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center. Police believe the two men, who knew each other, had an argument prior to the shooting and are investigating whether Garcia-Rodriguez was shot inside or outside his vehicle.
