Haley Pullos Sentenced for DUI Crash

Haley Pullos, a former star of 'General Hospital', has been sentenced to five years probation and 200 hours of community service following a DUI incident that resulted in a serious crash on the Ventura Freeway in April 2023. Pullos served a three-month jail sentence and must also complete a nine-month alcohol education program and mental health treatment while paying $8,260 in restitution to the other driver, Courtney Wilder, who is suing her for damages. The actress, who drove with a blood alcohol level over three times the legal limit, pleaded no contest to one DUI charge after initially facing multiple charges, including hit-and-run. Judge Terry Smerling emphasized the seriousness of her actions, warning her against future violations, stating that a repeat incident could lead to murder charges. Despite her legal troubles, Pullos has been granted permission to travel abroad with family while on probation. The victim of the crash continues to pursue civil action against Pullos, alleging negligence in the incident.
