He noted that Moore's engagement to Estevez occurred after their fling, and they all attended her wedding to Bruce Willis in 1987. Despite the past romance, Lowe and Moore have remained in touch and are reportedly discussing a sequel to 'St. Elmo's Fire'. Both actors have since moved on with their lives, with Lowe marrying Sheryl Berkoff in 1991 and Moore having three daughters with Willis before their divorce in 2000.
