Bayer Leverkusen Signs Liverpool Defender Jarell Quansah for Club-Record Fee

Liverpool defender Jarell Quansah has completed a club-record transfer to Bayer Leverkusen for an initial fee of around £30 million, potentially rising to £40 million with add-ons.
