Wisconsin Man Arrested After Police Pursuit for 12th OWI Charge

A 59-year-old Janesville man, Bradley Skelly, was arrested following a high-speed police pursuit on Tuesday night, marking his 12th alleged offense of operating while intoxicated (OWI). Officers attempted to stop Skelly's vehicle around 11:30 p.m., but he fled at high speed until stop sticks and a pursuit intervention technique were used to end the chase. Skelly faces multiple charges including reckless driving, fleeing or eluding police, resisting an officer causing injury, a probation hold, and numerous other traffic citations.
