YouTuber P2istheName Dies Los Angeles Sudden Cardiac Dysfunction

YouTube star P2istheName, born Philip Enewally, was found dead at age 26 in the mailroom of his Los Angeles apartment building in March. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner revealed his cause of death as sudden cardiac dysfunction due to solitary papillary muscle hypertrophy, a rare subtype of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy that can trigger fatal cardiac events. Despite paramedics’ efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene, and his death was officially ruled natural. P2istheName rose to fame through gaming videos of NBA 2K and Fortnite, eventually launching his own clothing line, WallyCo, and had expressed plans to move from Los Angeles to Atlanta before his passing.
