Fugitive Barber Faces Life for Serial Assaults

Franklin Enrique Sarceno Orla, a 34-year-old barber from Mountain View, is wanted by authorities after being charged with sexually assaulting two men and kidnapping one. Investigations suggest he may have assaulted up to 20 men since 2018, often drugging them to the point of unconsciousness and videotaping the acts. Sarceno Orla was initially arrested in August but fled after posting a $250,000 bail and failing to appear in court on October 29.
