Milwaukee police are seeking public assistance in locating Elma Edwards, an 86-year-old woman who has been missing since early Sunday morning. Edwards was last seen on foot around 6:30 a.m. near the 4700 block of North 70th Street or 70th and Courtland. She is described as being about 5-foot-3, weighing approximately 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Authorities have not provided information regarding what she was last seen wearing.
