New Luxury Skyscrapers Linked by Sky Pool in Dubai

Dubai is set to welcome the Regent Residences, a luxury development featuring two 591-foot-tall towers linked by a striking 43-foot sky pool that is exclusive to the ultra-penthouse residents. This project, designed by Foster + Partners, will consist of 63 residences, each occupying an entire floor, with prices starting at $10 million. The penthouse itself spans 35,000 square feet and includes six bedrooms, a gym, and a private elevator, while all other apartments will have access to private swimming terraces and an indoor lap pool. The design of the towers is inspired by cascading water, showcasing staggered pool terraces that enhance the overall aesthetic. Scheduled for completion in 2027, the development is part of a broader revitalization effort in the Marasi Marina area. Residents will also enjoy luxury amenities, including tennis courts, outdoor lounges, and a private cinema.
