Representative Anna Paulina Luna, a close associate of Kirk, publicly pressured Roblox and app stores to remove such content, threatening further regulatory action if not addressed promptly. Roblox emphasized its commitment to community safety and encouraged users to report abusive content, highlighting the ongoing challenges digital platforms face in balancing creative freedom with responsible moderation amid real-world tragedies. Other social media platforms also took measures to curb the spread of graphic content related to Kirk's death.
