Free Summer Music, Food Truck Festivals Expand Across Multiple US Cities

Several communities across the U.S. are hosting free summer events combining music, food, and family-friendly activities. Albuquerque's "Summertime in Old Town" offers free weekend concerts featuring diverse genres from Latin to New Orleans Jazz through late August. Springfield, Illinois, will hold "Artist in the Park at Food Truck Fridays," a weekly event from May 30 to August 1 with live local performances and food trucks at Union Square Park. The Greater Pittsburgh Food Truck Festival returns for its ninth year at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows, showcasing over 50 food trucks, live music, and entertainment for all ages. Additionally, the Parkside Community Center in DuBois is providing takeout and eat-in meals along with exercise activities to support local residents. These events emphasize community engagement, local culture, and accessible entertainment throughout the summer season.
