Judge Mullins, known for his work in substance abuse treatment and judicial reforms, was appointed by former Governor Steve Beshear in 2009. Attorney General Russell Coleman's office will collaborate with the Commonwealth's Attorney for the 27th Judicial Circuit on this case. The courthouse has been closed following the tragic event.
