Courtney Love Covers Dylan, Announces Solo Album, Memoir
Courtney Love made a surprise appearance at the Royal Geographical Society in London, where she sang a cover of Bob Dylan's classic 'Like a Rolling Stone' during an event celebrating Todd Almond's new book. The performance coincided with the 59th anniversary of Dylan's iconic concert at the nearby Royal Albert Hall. During the event, Love confirmed that there are no plans for a Hole reunion, but she is working on a new solo album featuring collaborations with Michael Stipe and Will Sergeant, as well as planning a tour with former Hole bassist Melissa Auf Der Maur. Additionally, she announced her memoir is set to be released by Christmas. Love's last solo music release was in 2020, and she expressed excitement about her upcoming projects. Fans were treated to a glimpse of her playful stage presence as she engaged with the audience and performed alongside Almond.
