Temwa Chawinga of Kansas City Current has set a new NWSL single-season scoring record with her 19th goal, surpassing Sam Kerr's 2019 record of 18 goals. This historic goal came during a 1-0 victory against Bay FC, where Chawinga executed a powerful strike from outside the box, demonstrating her developed long-range shooting skills.
