Alice Cooper Band Announces First Album in 50 Years

The original Alice Cooper Band is reuniting to release their first album in over 50 years, titled 'The Revenge of Alice Cooper,' set for release in July. The lineup features Alice Cooper, Michael Bruce, Dennis Dunaway, and Neal Smith, with posthumous contributions from late guitarist Glen Buxton on select tracks. Legendary producer Bob Ezrin, who worked on many of the band's classic albums, returns for this project, lending familiarity to the process. The album includes 14 new songs and special remixes, with the lead single 'Black Mamba' premiering on Cooper's radio show. Band members describe the creative process as collaborative, akin to their early years, with each member having an equal say. This long-anticipated reunion album aims to capture the original band's darker, heavier sound that defined their early success.
