The Houston Rockets have officially opened their new Memorial Hermann | Houston Rockets Training Center, a state-of-the-art facility covering 75,000 square feet, which is three times larger than their previous training area at the Toyota Center. The complex features two basketball courts, advanced training and rehab facilities, and enhanced locker room space, consolidating all staff and operations on one floor. Rockets owner Tilman Fertitta emphasized the importance of this project in providing optimal resources for players and coaching staff. The training center will serve as the hub for the team's training camp starting October 1, with players already utilizing the facility during the offseason. The new center is equipped with technology to track player performance, including shot evaluations and a spacious outdoor training area. Rockets management believes this facility will significantly boost productivity and aid in building a championship-caliber team.
